1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CustomerPulse (“the Service”), a product of The Reverie, LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
CustomerPulse is a customer intelligence platform that connects to your existing tools, extracts insights from customer feedback using AI, and delivers actionable signals and reports. The Service is provided “as is” and we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data as necessary to operate CustomerPulse. You may export or delete your data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (e) use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content
CustomerPulse uses artificial intelligence to analyze feedback and generate reports, signals, and insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Reverie, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
