CustomerPulse, a product of The Reverie, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our customer intelligence platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, company name, and password when you create an account.

Customer data you connect: When you connect integrations (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot), we access and process the customer feedback data you authorize. This may include support tickets, call transcripts, CRM records, and other customer touchpoints.

Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. We use this to improve the product.

Payment information: Billing details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process and analyze customer feedback using AI
  • Generate intelligence reports, signals, and insights
  • Send you service-related communications (reports, alerts)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Respond to support requests

4. AI Processing

CustomerPulse uses artificial intelligence (powered by third-party AI providers) to analyze your customer feedback data. Your data is sent to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating insights, signals, and reports. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI providers process your data according to their respective data processing agreements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM
  • Access to production systems is restricted and monitored
  • We use secure, managed database infrastructure (encrypted at rest)

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share your information only with:

  • AI providers — to process feedback and generate insights (under data processing agreements)
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and email services necessary to operate CustomerPulse
  • Payment processors — Stripe, for billing and subscription management
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or legal process

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On the Free plan, feedback is retained on a rolling basis (most recent 200 feedback items). On paid plans, your full feedback history is retained. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Object to processing of your data

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
